About Us
Raised on a family operated ranch in southern Alberta, I grew up breeding, training and boarding horses. This allowed me to be hands on with many different breeds of horses and to gain experience with a variety of equine health and tack fitting issues.
At 16 I became one of the youngest Tack Store Buyers in Canada. From this I learned all the ins and outs of some of the most popular brands of saddles such as Eamor, Banzett, Circle Y, Reinsman, High Horse, Billy Cook, Western Rawhide and many more.
In my late teens I had the pleasure of working for 2 of the worlds most famous saddle makers Bruce Lawrence and JD Moore, of Eamor's Saddlery in High River, Alberta. I acquired first hand knowledge on how a saddles made as well as fit for the horse and rider. I also assisted in other saddle repairs including reflocking English saddles and building strap goods like headstalls, reins, and spur straps.
I have spent the last 20 plus years working as a tack store manager, buyer, and equine consultant specializing in tack fitting.

How long does each consultation take?
Consultations are book b the hour ,including travel to your destination if need be. Time frame varies on the consultation topic.
How do Horsemanship Lessons work ?
Lessons are book in blocks of 6 classes per person. They can be held at our Ranch Facility located SW of Millarville Alberta ,or we can arrange to come to you. ( Travel Fee will be added to hourly rate )
